Well, as you will also understand from the album title that these gents are pretty serious at what they do. I have discovered Egocide from Metalhead Community Instagram with their Chapter One: Cheap Existentialism and Other Rhetorical Bullshits No One Wants to Hear Anymore Album, which was released not long ago, in 2018. I don’t know why but when I listened to their music for the first time it reminded me of the first times of Metallica the Mighty (when they were kings). Egocide has successfully combined some of their influences together and created their own monstrous style. I am pretty impressed by the sound and the energy of their sound, truly. There are many good things about their music at all but in my opinion, they are pretty strong with their energy, just like Metallica was storming the world at that time.

Technically, the album sounds pretty professional. It certainly has advanced standards in every way. All the instruments sound clean, clear, natural, impressive, powerful and fucking loud. This is obviously their thing. The overflowing energy is irresistible. I am sure metalheads will dig the thrashy elements in Egocide’s music just like I did. As you might remember from some of my previous articles that I am listening to tons of new music every day and I can easily say that Egocide is stepping up with their brutal energy. Fantastic job. The guys have done everything quite professionally and I am sure they will blow everybody’s mind once they got the chance to get some shows eventually. When I take all these into account, I can say that I am well impressed by the dynamics of these Italian gentlemen. They are so powerful, attack, aggressive and super thrashy. Egocide is strongly recommended to those who are looking for some fuckin fresh blood!
